Project Funding Goals

HOSO areas of funding opportunities with guidance on how organizations, associations, tertiary institutions and/or artisans can apply for funding to implement their approved project proposal. HOSO funding is focused mainly on low-income individuals and families and underserved communities to help them achieve economic independence and viable and sustainable means of livelihood by acquiring technical knowledge and artisanal skills for entrepreneurship, farming/agriculture, mentorship/apprenticeship in various trades and crafts.
